We want you to love your garden decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
